Do you enjoy vacations? Want to make money in a fun way or earn free trips? Come work for us and be a part of the Costa Rica Sunshine team. We are currently looking to hire for the spring break season and we want YOU to help us bring in customers from your campus.
We are currently looking for Campus Managers and Team Organizers who will be committed to finding us customers.
Campus Manager: If you’re a leader who takes pride in always knowing “what’s going on” and you’re popular amongst people on your campus, then a managerial position may be the right fit for you!
Apply: Contact us now and we will send you an online application. Also one of our staff will contact you to set up an interview to see if you have what it takes to be your campus’s manager for Costa Rica Sunshine.
- Training: You will have one on one training sessions to become fully equipped to complete your tasks as campus manager with one of our staff.
 Hire Team Organizers: Yes, it is your job to hire your campus team organizers. We allow you to hire up to six team organizers for your campus and it is your responsibility to interview/hire them. We trust that as manager you will make wise decisions in staffing. Make sure you register all team organizers with us. If someone from your campus registers online with us to be a Team Organizer, we will direct them to you to start work if we see that your staff is not full.
- Online Access/Help-line: Our online services are always available if you need them, as well as a contact number that will be given to you in case of any emergency questions or cases that may arise.
- Compensation: What do you get out of all of this? You work off of commission. You will receive a percentage based off of your customer’s vacation package (you always want to sell more).

to be eligible for this commission.
1. Your 1st FREE Trip comes with the 16th person*.
(If you don't want to travel, you'll receive a check for $500 in place of a Free Trip. Taxes with Hotel, Cruise and Air are not included with the Free Trip.)
2. When you reach the next level, your commission will be retroactive for all sales & Benefits.

- Your job as Team Organizer: It is your job to recruit people to buy spring break packages for 2010 with Costa Rica Sunshine.
- Online Access/Help-line: You should first always ask and check with you Campus Manager if you have any concerns or questions. Our online services are always available if you need them, as well as a contact number that will be given to you in case of any emergency questions or cases that may arise.
- Compensation: You will be compensated on a commission based salary earning a percentage of each package you sell OR if you sell 16+ packages you may choose a free all expenses paid spring break vacation on us.
